Official languages are Croatian and English. Simultaneous translation will not be provided. <\/p>\n

Registration desk<\/h3>\n

The Registration Desk will open half an hour before the beginning of the sessions and close half an hour after the end of the sessions.<\/p>\n

Letter of Invitation<\/h3>\n

The Organizing Committee will issue the Letter of Invitation upon request to be used for visa application and for your employer. Please, send your request to the Congress agency\u2019s e-mail: danijela@conventuscredo.hr<\/a>. You can use it to obtain a visa and to justify the trip to your employer.<\/p>\n

Official badges<\/h3>\n

All registered participants with registration fee paid will get Congress badges (ID cards) and are obligated to wear them during the scientific and social program.<\/p>\n

Insurance<\/h3>\n

The Organizing Committee cannot accept responsibility for accidents or damage to participants or accompanying persons before, during or after the Congress. Participants are urged to make their own arrangements with respect to travel and health insurance. Upon registration, the participant accepts this provision. <\/p>\n

Mobile phones<\/h3>\n

Participants are kindly requested to keep their mobile phones in off position in the halls where scientific sessions are being held.<\/p>\n

Internet<\/h3>\n

Internet services will be available to all participants during the Congress.<\/p>\n

Certificate of Attendance<\/h3>\n

A Certificate of Attendance will be issued to all registered participants.<\/p>\n
