The Technical Organizer has reserved hotel rooms for the delegates. Hotel accommodation is booked on a first come, first served basis. If you wish to share accommodation, please indicate the name of the participant you have arranged to share a room with on the registration form. Reservations should be made no later than March 01, 2024. After this date, a desired hotel accommodation cannot be guaranteed.
